Now start to swing your club while keeping your eye on the ball. As you are coming, down to strike, the ball keep your wrist locked and straight, this is how many golfers make mistakes by not keeping their wrist straight.

After you have hit the ball, all of your body weight will be on one foot or the other, depending on what side of the ball you hit on, meaning the left or right side of the ball. Now that you have hit the ball watch where it goes, many golfers will lose track of their ball because they do not watch where the ball lands.
